Zafra is a Panamanian rum bottled and imported under the supervision of Dana Wine and Spirits in Florida. From a number of sources, the name zafra is a term used for the sugar cane harvest–which is, of course, the source of all rums. According to a review from Slow Cocktails, the rum is truly aged 21 years and not a blend of aged rums where the maximum is 21 years.
